These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of goola.pro and the Goola AI food photography service (the “Service”) operated by Goola (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction. If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.
2. The service
Goola is an AI food photography enhancement service. You upload food photos (up to 15 JPG or PNG files per job), our AI pipeline enhances them, and we deliver watermarked 480-pixel previews free of charge to your email. If you are satisfied with the previews, you may pay a one-time fee to unlock full-resolution 2K images without watermarks, delivered as a ZIP download.
Available enhancement modes: Delivery, Menu, Instagram, and Hero. Each mode applies a different style optimised for a specific distribution channel.
3. Pricing and payment
- Prices are displayed in Euro (EUR) and are inclusive of applicable VAT where required.
- Pricing formula: €3.00 base fee + €2.50 per image, per batch (1–15 images).
- Payment is processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your payment card details.
- Each payment is a one-time charge. There are no subscriptions, recurring fees, or hidden costs.
- Full-resolution files are released only after successful payment confirmation.
4. Free previews and your approval
4.1 Before any payment is required, Goola provides free watermarked 480-pixel previews of all enhanced images in your batch.
4.2 Before proceeding to payment, you are presented with a checkbox reading: “I’ve reviewed my previews and approve the results.” By checking this box, you explicitly confirm that:
- you have viewed all watermarked previews in the batch;
- you are satisfied with the AI-enhanced output;
- you understand that the full-resolution files will correspond to the previews you have reviewed.
4.3 Checking the approval box and proceeding to payment constitutes your informed acceptance of the output quality and activates the no-refund policy in Section 5.
5. No-refund policy — digital content
5.1 Waiver of right of withdrawal.Goola delivers digital content (enhanced image files) that is supplied immediately upon payment. By clicking “Pay” you expressly consent to the immediate supply of digital content and acknowledge that, once delivery has begun, you waive your 14-day right of withdrawal under Article 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU (Consumer Rights Directive) and equivalent national legislation.
5.2 No refunds after checkout. Because the free preview step in Section 4 allows you to evaluate every enhanced image before any charge is made, no refunds are issued on the grounds that you are dissatisfied with AI results after payment. This applies regardless of whether you later change your mind about the aesthetic quality of the output.
5.3 Eligible exceptions. We will issue a full refund or, at our discretion, re-process your batch at no charge only in the following circumstances:
- The full-resolution files we deliver are substantially and materially different from the previews you approved — indicating a processing error on our part;
- The download link is broken or inaccessible through no fault of your own and we are unable to resolve it within 48 hours of a written report;
- A duplicate charge was made due to a technical error on our or Stripe’s systems.
To request an exception refund, contact hello@goola.pro within 7 days of payment, providing your job ID and a description of the issue. We will investigate and respond within 5 business days.
5.4 Chargebacks. Initiating a payment chargeback for reasons that are inconsistent with Section 5.2 (e.g., general dissatisfaction after checking the approval box) may result in permanent suspension of access to the Service and recovery of any costs we incur as a result.
6. Your content
6.1 You retain all copyright and ownership in the photos you upload (“Your Content”).
6.2 You grant Goola a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free licence to store, process, and transmit Your Content solely for the purpose of delivering the Service to you.
6.3 You warrant that (a) you own or have all necessary rights to upload Your Content; (b) Your Content does not infringe any third party’s intellectual property, privacy, or other rights; and (c) Your Content complies with all applicable laws.
6.4 You must not upload images that contain nudity, violence, or content that is illegal, harmful, or objectionable.
6.5 We do not use Your Content to train AI models or any other machine learning systems. Your originals are deleted automatically within 48 hours of job creation.
7. Outputs and intellectual property
7.1 Upon full payment, Goola grants you a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, adapt, and distribute the AI-enhanced output images (“Outputs”) for any lawful commercial or personal purpose, including use on menus, delivery-app platforms, social media, and websites.
7.2 Watermarked preview images may not be used commercially. The licence in Section 7.1 applies only to the full-resolution files unlocked after payment.
7.3 Goola, its logo, brand, design, software, and all content (excluding Outputs and Your Content) are owned by or licensed to Goola and are protected by applicable intellectual property law.
8. Acceptable use
You must not:
- use the Service to process content you do not have the right to upload or modify;
- use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose;
- attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, or abuse the Service or its underlying AI models;
- submit false or misleading information, including false email addresses, to circumvent rate limits;
- use automated tools, bots, or scripts to submit batches at scale without our written permission.
Goola reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate access to the Service for any violation of this section without notice or refund.
9. Disclaimers
9.1 The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
9.2 AI image enhancement is inherently variable. Goola does not guarantee that Outputs will meet any specific aesthetic standard beyond the watermarked preview you approved before payment.
9.3 Goola does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
10. Limitation of liability
10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Goola and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Service.
10.2 Goola’s total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you actually paid for the specific batch that is the subject of the claim.
10.3 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
11. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable EU law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts.

12. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of the Service after the revised Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify you (e.g., via a notice on the website).
